A property consultancy is making a permanent home in Birmingham city centre after first coming to the city four years ago.
London-based Carter Jonas took on flexible offices at Two Snowhill in 2016 but has now agreed a lease deal on 12,000 sq ft of space on the eighth floor of the same building.
The consultancy, which has offices across the UK, said the move was as a result of significantly growing its presence in the region and adopting new service offerings to meet demand from clients including Highways England, Peel Group, National Trust and Birmingham City Council.
The Birmingham team now employs more than 80 staff.

Partner Christian Green said: “This new office is the culmination of four years of hard work and investment by our business.
“We opened in Birmingham with just 12 people but it was a catalyst moment from which we have developed into an established and sustainable hub office.
“Collectively, we have worked to capitalise on the wealth of opportunities in what is the UK’s second-largest city.
“So much has and continues to be done to boost the city’s robust economic environment and entrepreneurial spirit.
“The city’s success as a hub of innovation is a great motivator and we look forward to developing our business further, bringing together core skills, innovative technology and solutions to support this diverse market.”
Chief executive Mark Granger added: “Our move to a more permanent home at Two Snowhill represents the next stage in the growth of our Midlands business and demonstrates the resilience and success of our broad-based strategy, supported by our dedicated team.
“Opening in the city nearly four years ago marked a pivotal moment in our expansion, enabling us to pursue additional national mandates and helping to transform our approach to client contracts.
“As a business, we are fortunate to be continuing with our planned investment in this area, given the exceptional challenges presented this year.
“This office provides a strong platform from which we can review the many opportunities that will present themselves in the coming months.”
