Long queues formed for the opening of Stoke-on-Trent’s newest takeaway. M.A.K. Halal has opened on Stoke Road, in Shelton, this month.
It was so popular that the venue has apologised for ‘longer than usual’ service on the opening day. It opened with a 50% off everything deal.
In a social media post to customers, M.A.K. Halal stated: “We would like to sincerely thank each and every person who came out to support us, especially despite the rainy weather. Your support made this one of our biggest openings to date.
“We appreciate your patience on the opening day. All of our food is freshly prepared, and due to the high demand, service times were longer than usual. Your understanding and kindness meant a great deal to our team. We are now open daily with our standard cooking times. We look forward to welcoming you — thank you again for your support, and please stay safe.”
